Rosi Academy

Rosi Academy’s staff & employee lot had seen better days. The focal point of the years of wear & damage was right in front of the dumpster area. There are a couple ways to repair a dumpster area and Rosi Academy decided they wanted a 7” concrete pad to take the punishment of the constant truck traffic….a wise choice. Additionally, the rest of the lot was in pretty poor shape: extensive cracking & pot holes, poor water flow, and a striping layout that didn’t suit their needs. Learn More about Rosi Academy

Essex Cryogenics

Essex Cryogenics was under daily attack from a litany of fully-loaded tractor trailers, especially at and around the dock area.
