Rosi Academy's staff & employee lot had seen better days. The focal point of the years of wear & damage was right in front of the dumpster area. There are a couple ways to repair a dumpster area and Rosi Academy decided they wanted a 7" concrete pad to take the punishment of the constant truck traffic… .a wise choice. Additionally, the rest of the lot was in pretty poor shape: extensive cracking & pot holes, poor water flow, and a striping layout that didn’t suit their needs.

St. Louis Paving installed a 2" overlay with extensive base repairs in various areas. We also corrected the water flow problem through additional digging & grading - all this in addition to the dumpster pad. Finally we, with the owners of Rosi, developed a new & improved parking layout, which better fit their needs for traffic.
