This lot, which is 11,200 square yards (100,800 square feet), was in nearly complete disrepair. There was severe erosion everywhere. After a thorough wedge course, a 2" overlay, and striping, the lot was as good as new.
The thing that separates good paving companies from the rest is the length of the life of the lot they install. A new lot will probably look great on day 1, no matter who the contractor was. but the lot's appearance on day 1,095 (3 years) and day 3,650 (10 years) will say everything about the paving company who installed it.
