Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise had a number of challenges on this particular lot. Half of the lot was in considerable disrepair and the other half was in need of a fresh look. They also were dealing with water ponding problems around their fuel island. In addition, they wanted to reconfigure their striping layout to better organize their inventory.
To fix the ponding problem, we completely removed, regraded, and replaced all asphalt under and around the fuel island, an operation that proved successful. On the damaged portion of the lot, we performed various base repairs and installed a 2” overlay. The remainder of the asphalt surfaces were seal coated and striped per Enterprise’s needs.
