St. Louis Closet Company
The St. Louis Closet Company recently expanded, and purchased this building on Big Bend Blvd. They needed an attractive new parking lot for their customers.
We removed all debris, excavated, and fine graded the area per their site plan. We then installed approximately 6” of crushed rock and 3” of hot asphalt, all while insuring that water flow would be directed toward the existing storm sewer. Additionally, we laid out, striped, and installed concrete wheel stops. The project was a success and the St. Louis Closet Company is now open for business.
